I'm a library aide at the Laurel branch and the library district newsletter editor. My favorite parts of working at the library are getting to know the people in our community, and helping them find interesting books to read. I love to read myself, so I know how fun it is when someone shares a great book with you. My hobbies include gardening, swimming, raising chickens, biking, reading (especially non-fiction), making maple syrup, and cross-stitch and other art projects. I really enjoy learning new things and being outdoors, so a little country library is just the right place for me! |
